The day the words "multiple sclerosis" entered Dotti's life, the floor seemed to drop out from under her. Like so many people newly diagnosed, she was handed a label, a stack of pamphlets, and a future that suddenly felt out of her hands. What she was not handed was a plan for how to actually live.
So she went looking. She read everything. She tried things, kept what worked, and threw out what did not. She learned the difference between pushing through and pacing on purpose. She learned that hope is not denial, it is fuel. And slowly, the story stopped being about what MS was taking, and started being about what she was building.
"MS changed my path. I decided it did not get to choose my destination."
That decision became a practice, and the practice became a framework, the same six phases she now shares with everyone who finds LivingBeyondMS. None of it is theory. All of it is lived, in real time, with the wins and the hard days shared honestly.
What Dotti believes
Where this is going
LivingBeyondMS is growing into a real movement: coaching, a community, education, and a place where people with MS and the people who love them can find both proof and belonging. The mission is simple and it does not waver: helping people with MS live stronger, longer, and more independently than they believed possible.
If you are at the beginning, scared and overwhelmed, this is for you. If you have been at this a while and lost the thread of hope, this is for you too. Come walk it with us.
